Foxconn Reports 31.6% Jump in January Revenue, Predicts Strong Q1 Growth

Foxconn, the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer, has reported a 31.6% year-on-year increase in January revenue, driven by robust demand for consumer electronics and components. The company, a key supplier to tech giants like Apple, posted revenue of 20.5billionforthemonth,upfrom15.6 billion in January 2024.

The strong performance is attributed to the successful launch of new products and increased orders ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday. Foxconn also expressed optimism for the first quarter of 2025, forecasting continued growth due to strong demand for smartphones, servers, and electric vehicle components.

“We are seeing healthy momentum across all our business segments,” said a Foxconn spokesperson. “Our diversified product portfolio and strategic partnerships position us well for sustained growth in the coming months.” Analysts have welcomed the results, noting that Foxconn’s performance is a positive indicator for the broader tech supply chain.
